Hello MBFC member friends,

I encourage you to visit this valuable source of information often. We use this blog to post resources that we feel are beneficial to you in losing weight. You'll find food tips, calorie calculators, exercise techniques, mental strategies and more.

I add my favorite foods, and workout routines in hopes to give you motivation and insight as well as other expert sources that I find in my never ending quest to help you lose weight, get fit and love your body more. I do not receive any kick backs for promoting particular brands. They are posted out of my own sheer eagerness to share.

Please add your own tips and workout suggestions that you think would be helpful to other MBFC members. Email them to me at deanna@hypno-chick.com and I'll post your suggestions on this blog!
